Keith is an experienced consultant, facilitator and trainer with over thirty years of varied experience in Australia and overseas. Keith’s experience encompasses strategic planning, policy development, project management and quality improvement and he has developed specialist expertise in the areas of negotiating and influencing, leadership, enterprise development and the transition of older workers.
He has delivered training programs in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and in a number of other European countries. He has also developed and delivered a range of programs in the area of building trusted relationships within professional services firms.
At a national level in Australia, he has conducted research projects and conducted training in strategic planning, enterprise development, and quality management.
Keith began his professional career at the Commonwealth Bank and then worked for KPMG before commencing a career in education and training.
Over a twenty year period in education in Tasmania he worked as a teacher in high schools, as a lecturer in business studies within the TAFE system, as a lecturer at post-graduate level at university, and as a senior manager in the Department of Industrial Relations, Education, and Training, the last five years of which he was Director of Adult Education.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Economics as well as a Diploma in Education and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Keith is based in Hobart.
