Mark Spatz is a Senior Human Resources Professional who has held a number of senior HR Positions, has earned a Masters Degree and is a member of the College of Organisational Psychologists of the Australian Psychological Society.

Mark’s interest in leadership development plays a significant role in his individual consulting and coaching activities as well as his relationship as an Associate of Value Enhancement Management, The Leadership Consortium, the Centre for Organisational Development, Scotwork Negotiating Skills Business and Ki Concepts.

His coaching includes working with Managers from leading financial services organisations, professional services firms and not for profit organizations including Macquarie Bank, ANZ, RACV, MLC, Cities of Yarra and Kingston, Museum Victoria, and The National Gallery of Victoria.

Prior to moving into consulting, Mark held a number if senior Human Resource and management positions including:

• Mount Eliza Business School; General Manager Executive Education.
• Ansett Australia; General Manager, Executive and Management Development.
• Telstra; Senior Consultant, Centre for Leadership, Corporate Quality Office, and the Internal Training Arm.

Mark is based in Melbourne.
