Sue brings “Corporate World” business experience to consulting having had the opportunity to work in a range of multinational organisations including, Honeywell, and Optus and as Head of Learning and Development at Bankers Trust, HSBC and KPMG. Sue’s focus is to provide customised solutions to key people-related issues including leadership, management, performance and careers. Having held Senior Business roles for over 10 years Sue has extensive experience in using a range of approaches that bring about change for the organisation and the individual. She has worked as a facilitator for over 20 years with a particular emphasis on leadership. Having worked across a range of industries Sue has an astute commercial awareness combined with a pragmatic approach. Sue can bridge the gap between theory and management reality. Sue’s expertise specifically is in the areas of Leadership, Coaching, Talent Management, Corporate Culture Programs, Team Performance, Career Management and Performance Management. She has been a successful facilitator at the executive levels in Leadership, Management, Change Management and Performance Management. Sue has the experience to work with clients to deliver the results that will engage the individual and improve team and organisations performance. Sue has a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education and is accredited in LSI, Myers Brigg Type Indicator, OPQ, DISC and Coaching. She also has extensive experience in facilitating throughout Asia. |
