Paula has a successful track record in senior Human Resource management roles with extensive experience across various sectors and industries including IT, construction, manufacturing and health, in multinationals, SME’s and the public sector. Paula has successfully delivered major organisational change initiatives and implemented recruitment, performance management, leadership, talent development and succession programs in various organisations.

Paula’s consulting expertise is in the area of HR best practice solutions, with special focus on organisation change programs, leadership, talent and successor development, career and performance coaching, facilitation and mediation.

Paula holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology, a Secondary Teaching Diploma and a Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Sydney. Paula is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, registered as a Psychologist in NSW, a Nationally Accredited Mediator (LEADR) and a member of the International Coach Federation.

Paula is based in Sydney.
