Judi is a widely published academic and management educator with a successful business background as an entrepreneur, management consultant and corporate executive.
She has consulted to a wide range of organisations in Australasia, Asia and Europe and teaches management and leadership to MBA students at the Australian School of Business, University of NSW, as well as to graduate defence force officers at the Australian Defence Force Command and Staff College.
Judi brings a combination of rigorous academic thinking, pragmatic business experience and creative thinking to each of her consulting assignments, a mix that consistently generates measurable benefits for her clients.
Originally trained as a psychologist, Judi has a particular interest in the relationship between organisational culture and corporate performance and she is both accredited in, and experienced in applying, a number of leading diagnostic and survey instruments so that her consulting engagements are informed by hard data and benchmarks.
Judi regularly speaks at international management conferences and is a sought after commentator on leadership and workplace issues in Australian newspapers and on radio and television.
Judi is a member of the St James Ethics Centre, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of the Academy of Management (USA) and earned her PhD and MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Science from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts from Charles Sturt University.
Judi is based in Sydney.
