Adrian's area of focus are Project Leadership, Risk Management and Stakeholder Management.  He is a specialist in leading and managing large projects in complex business environments. Adrian’s successful track record as an executive in medium sized and large organisations has been built on his ability to communicate at a business and project level and develop the relationships needed to achieve the right business outcomes when delivering to tight timeframes.

Judi's areas of focus are Organisational development, Organisational culture, Leadership and Communication skills. Judi is a widely published academic and management educator with a successful business background as an entrepreneur, management consultant and corporate executive. Judi brings a combination of rigorous academic thinking, pragmatic business experience and creative thinking to each of her consulting assignments, a mix that consistently generates measurable benefits for her clients

Maala's areas of focus are Change management, Process improvement, Project management and Call centre optimisation. She has a track record for delivering change and driving cost and revenue improvement initiatives within a number of Australian and international companies. She has deep experience leading teams, running successful projects and driving change and improvement programmes

Keith's areas of focus are Organisational development, Relationship management and Change management. He is an experienced consultant, facilitator and trainer with over thirty years of varied experience in Australia and overseas. Keith’s experience encompasses strategic planning, policy development, project management and quality improvement and he has developed specialist expertise in the areas of negotiating and influencing, leadership, enterprise development and the transition of older workers.
