Before any organisation can embark on any strategic change, it is vital to understand exactly what skills and capabilities are present in the organisation as a starting point. Without that understanding, the risk of failure for any change initiative is greatly increased and the effort required to successfully deliver the change is likely to be significantly greater than planned.
We use a set of diagnostic tools and a proprietary methodology to quickly arrive at a high level snapshot of the base level skills and capabilities of the organisation which we can then map to the required set of skills and capabilities to produce a gap analysis and a set of recommendations for action to close the gap. In particular we target the key capabilities required for the successful execution of change.
