The Management Team Development program is entirely flexible and we can use a variety of 360 management tools including Breakout performance, LSI, OPQ, MBTI and DISC to gain a clear understanding of not only the leadership styles but also the quality of the strategy and the processes. You will learn whether your leadership, strategy and process is enabling break through performance.
