Strategy only becomes real when it is put into action. In this one day program we explore the link between strategy, business planning and operations and develop a process for defining and prioritising initiatives. We also cover the essentials of business case preparation, progress measurement and project governance.

This program is interactive with a mix of lectures, case studies, syndicate work and facilitated group discussion.

Participants will be required to complete some pre-reading.
